Paid for a pressure washer nozzle but never got it

I saw an ad on social media on May 31 for a pressure washer nozzle that fits on a regular garden hose. Sounded like what I needed so I paid through PayPal. PayPal charged my credit card on June 3.

Still haven’t gotten the item or even a shipping date. Nothing. The website is jetterix.com and the phone number they gave is (904) 585-7622. I just want what I paid for or my money back. $75.89 is a lot for nothing.
