Uncertain what to expect because I have never tried to sale my jewerly. When I walked in, [redacted] was very friendly and helpful. He guided me through the whole process and explained what he was doing and why which made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was a quick and simple experience and I would highly recommend JewelRecycle to anyone.
