Got a fake court document from a judge named John Smith

I got a text with a picture of a document. It was supposed to be from a judge named John Smith, but the signature looked totally fake. It didn't even have a date for the supposed violation or anything.

It claimed I had a toll violation and had to appear in court in two days. Or I could pay a fee using a QR code they sent. I didn't scan it.

The whole thing is obviously a scam. I haven't lived in that state for six years, and I've never even been to the county they mentioned. The phone number it came from is (479) 485-9515.
