Calls about certified mail that never shows up

I keep getting calls from these people. They say they work for the company and they give me dates when they’re gonna come deliver certified mail. But they never actually show up. Not once.

When I call them out on it and ask for any kind of info, they just tell me to contact Johnson and Whitner. They were super rude and mean about it too. They actually fought with me on the phone.

One of the numbers they used is (757) 843-0226 and the email is [email protected]. I haven’t lost any money but the whole thing feels off.
