talked with [jas] johnston ambulance with [redacted] on feb 12th was told that he would be picked up at set up for 18th to be picked up. called back talked with [redacted] due to hospital time needed to be changed. was told by her that they would be there at 12;15. NEVER SHOWED UP I called my self to see why and was told they did not have enough ambulances to come get him . we had scheduled the appointment with a wound surgeon who is very hard to get with.this makes the 5TH TIME JAS HAS NOT PICKED my dad up for a appointment. he has medicaid aarp. medicare. . what is the problem with this company it is a company that as far as I am concern that I will try to refrain from calling in the future if you want to be left ;hanging and miss your appointment then this is the company you should use if you don't care if you get there or not . for us I am done with this company.","pos-1
