Charged for a debit card I never ordered from JomHome

I got a charge on my account for $39.99 from JomHome.com. It says it's to make a debit card. I never ordered any debit card from them. I didn't make this purchase at all.

The charge just showed up. I looked up the website, jomhome.com, and the phone number listed is (385) 338-5777 with an address in Utah. I don't know who they are. I want this charge taken off my card because I didn't authorize it.

Charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I ordered some products from jomhome.com about a month ago. The night I ordered, there were multiple charges on my card for the purchase amount plus these $9.99 charges. All the charges got refunded automatically the next day, which was weird. The tracking for my order was never right, and I figured out the company was actually ordering and shipping from China.

Then today, I see a $39.99 charge on my statement for a subscription. I called their customer service at (850) 403-3535. The lady I spoke to was rude and tried to blame another business for the error. She did refund the $39.99, but the whole thing feels off. I'm just putting this out there so people are aware.
