Text about my trademark application with fake serial number

I got a text from someone named "Jordan Karl" saying they were from the USPTO about my "Two Chicks Jerky" trademark application. They had my actual application name and some fake serial number. The text told me to call a Virginia number.

When I called, they said I needed to add a new class to my application and pay $700 through some "ID Protection Office attorney." Then they told me to call another guy named "Jerry Stevens" at a toll-free number. After that I got calls from a few other weird numbers.

They knew way too much about my application. I guess they got it from the public USPTO database. I didn't pay anything and figured it was a scam pretty quick. Just wanted to report it so other people don't fall for it.
