Voicemail saying I have an active order of location against me

I got a voicemail from a woman named Stella Mason saying she was with judicial services. She said there was an active order of location getting ready to be verified and filed against me through the state. She said important documents were attempted to be delivered to me but came back invalid, and now they are scheduled to complete service of process at my job site.

She gave me a number to call, 833-417-7161, and told me to reference a case number she rattled off. She said it was a time sensitive matter and if I didn't call before the case was processed I would forfeit all my legal rights. The number she called from was (405) 543-1973.

This just felt off. I didn't lose any money but it was pretty unsettling getting a message like that out of nowhere.
