Order never came and they kept my money

I placed an order and right after I realized it was a mistake. I tried emailing them, texting, and even calling the number they had. Nothing. No reply at all.

Then someone finally emailed me back and said “I believe something went wrong.” That’s it. No refund, no order, no help. I lost $27.95 and they just stopped talking to me. The website is Judy Jeans and the email they used was [email protected]. The phone number was (304) 943-9201.

I still have nothing.
