Ordered jewelry online and never got anything after paying

I ordered something from jula-jewelry.com and paid $297. I never got the product. That was it. The website looked fine at first but now I can’t get a hold of anyone. No reply to my emails. Nothing. I just want my money back or the stuff I ordered.
