Review: The contractor will not return my deposit money. We entered into a written agreement on May 24, 2014 to have the front door of our house replaced and gave a deposit of $1,450.00. After further consideration we decided to postpone the work indefinitely. The next day, May 25, 2014 I left a voice mail at [redacted] to cancel the job. On May 26, 2014. I emailed the cancellation request to [redacted] at Just Right Construction, Inc. On May 26, 2014 [redacted] acknowledged receipt of the cancellation. Then our email correspondence went back and forth a couple more times where I repeatedly asked about having my deposit returned. When he did reply to the cancellation, he ignored the request for return of deposit and I have not heard from him since. I have since left repeated emails, text messages and phone messages but have not gotten any reply.Desired Settlement: If this is settled immediately I will accept full refund of deposit only.
