Tracking package led to a charge I never agreed to

I was on the phone with USPS and also on their website trying to find a package. A form popped up asking me to fill it out to track the package, and it said there was a $5 refundable deposit. I filled it out thinking it was part of USPS. But USPS told me that wasn't them.

Then I see a charge for $65 taken out of my account for a service I never asked for. When I called the number about it, they said the subscription was canceled but would not give my money back. And the weird thing is the charge wasn't even on my personal phone number, it was under a work cell number. I don't know how they got that.

Charged $55 twice after being told it was a $5 one-time fee

I got a message about a vet exam and was told there was just a $5 one-time join fee. Right after that, they charged me $55. Then today, I saw a second $55 charge from them.

They have my email, my name, and my pet's information. The website is justanswer.com and the email is from [email protected]. I never agreed to any of these charges.
