DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! I made a flight reservation online with JustflyI had to cancel and within the 24-hour permitted period I called to cancelWas on the phone to their agents who spoke broken English and did not help at allWhen I asked for a manager, they told me the manager was not availableWhat kind of business is this? I purchased a ticket through Just fly.com to travel from Omaha to TorontoUnfortunately I was late getting to the airport because of a sudden death in the familyI pleaded my case with the just fly and they are refusing to give me my money back or give me any time of creditThey are stating that they have nothing to do with it and I need to contact the airlines involved which are *** *** *** ***I am a college student and I work hard for my money and for them not help me or offer me a refund or a future credit is a huge slap to the faceBusiness should not be done this way

We purchased flight tickets with just fl*** months ago and paid a little extra to get the shortest flight Everything was ok till we got to our connecting flight in the USA where they had changed the flight from 6:am to 12:pm This company never notified us and we were stuck in the airport for hours We have small children waiting at home for our return and no plans were made pass the 9am original arrival time We called and when to the ticket agency about getting a different flight but nothing would be done No refund or apology for that matter from this horrible company If anyone is thinking about going with them don't the avertise savings is not worth it at the end you do not get what you paid for Horrible, horrible company

The most horrible experience ever! Stay away from this site! They charge you extra "fees" which will reflect on your statement later I called their customer service dept, which was just a waste of timeI would rate them ZERO if the option was available
