Ordered shoes that don't fit and they won't reply to me

I bought shoes from their website and they came from China. They don't fit at all and I can't return them. I tried reaching out but they just ignore me.

I don't even think these are real leather like they said. I'm stuck with shoes I'll never be able to use. Cost me about $50.
