Got a text saying I won the lottery but I never entered

I got this text message out of nowhere. It said two people won the Kentucky Lottery and they're picking random numbers to give away $300,000. It gave me an ID number to give to an agent representing the winners.

The text came from a phone number (980) 556-6336. I looked it up and it seems like it's from Kentucky. The whole thing felt off. I never entered any lottery, especially not one in Kentucky. It just seems like they're trying to get people to call back or give out personal info. I didn't reply or call, but I wanted to report it because it's clearly not real.
