Got a weird voicemail about certified documents and a claim

I just got a voicemail from someone named Kerry Jones, saying they're a location specialist. The message said they were notifying me about the delivery of certified documentation for a pending claim.

They said by law they have to notify me that once it's filed it becomes public record, and that my name and social are affiliated with it. The message told me I need to contact the filing party before they arrive at my home address. They gave a number to call: 844-425-2554.

The whole thing felt off. I don't have any pending claim I know about. It was just a random voicemail and it didn't make sense.
