Getting constant calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting these calls from Keystone Lending. They say my application is pre-approved for up to $55,000. I never applied for any loan with them.

Every time they call, I press "9" like it says to get removed and put on their do not call list. But it doesn't stop anything. They just keep calling me.

It's been going on for three weeks now. I'm still getting the calls even after I did what they said to get them to stop.
