Ordered a dress online a month ago, never got it

I ordered a dress from the Kiera Simone website for $46.99. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received anything. The order status just says 'processing' and hasn't changed.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] several times to ask about it. No one ever replied. I just want the dress I paid for, or my money back. This is so frustrating.
