Call saying a legal document was coming to my family member's house

Got a call from some guy saying a sealed legal document or property complaint was going to be delivered to my family member. He knew the exact property address and said they’d be there in an hour.

I told him it sounded like a scam and he goes, “If it was a scam I would be trying to get info from you. I’m trying to give you info.” Then he gave me a case number and said to call “Kleinberg Legal Services” at an 844 number. The person at Kleinberg said my family member was being pursued for a debt and they were putting a lien on the property. I mentioned there’s a statute of limitations for old debt and they just said “good luck” and hung up.
