Bought a tote bag online and now they're taking money every month
I saw this Klutz tote bag pop up on Facebook for $14.99, so I made the purchase. They ended up charging me $39.99 instead. I contacted them at their email, [email protected], and they said they would correct the charge.
I placed my order back on January 10th and I never received anything. Not the bag, nothing. Now they are taking $39.99 out of my account every single month without my authorization. I've lost a total of $80 to this company because of these charges.
