Ordered bags from a Facebook ad, never got them, and found extra charges.

I made an online purchase from a Facebook ad for Klyra's luxury bags back on January 1st, 2026. I bought two bags and my order qualified for a "free gift." The total for that first purchase was $35.00. It's now March 13, 2026, and I have NO bags.

I did get an email about order updates. You click the button and it takes you to a mail tracking website in China. I entered the tracking number and there's no information. Today I checked my bank app to get a screenshot of the initial payment. That's when I saw three separate charges for $39.99 on January 8th, February 7th, and March 9th.

I reached out to the company at [email protected] asking for a refund since I never got the product from January. Still waiting for a response. I'm going to try to dispute all these charges with my bank.
