Lost our timeshare and money after dealing with Kovay Gardens and Selvara

We sold our U.S. timeshare to Selvara Signature Collection. In exchange, we got a Mexican resort named Kovay Gardens in Nayarit. They signed a contract. It promised us more than we thought our timeshare was worth, or a total reimbursement of our investment after one year. We never received anything.

Our contract ended up with some other company called Blue Point Converters. Then, when we went back to Kovay Gardens in January, we were convinced to invest more money with them. They promised to reimburse us in several years with a profit. Now I find out Kovay Gardens has been charged with money fraud and crimes related to drug cartels. We lost everything.
