Paid for delivery and now they won't deliver or refund my money

My friend hired KPO to deliver a package to me. The trucking company got the delivery fee for my package and now they won't deliver it or give me my money back. The delivery fee was $550 and I sent $1500 by Chime.

They just keep asking for more money and now they're asking for Apple Cards as payment. They said they are going to abandon my package so they can't and won't refund my money. Please help.
