Bought a top on Pinterest that was nothing like the picture

I ordered a ladies top from Kulespin on Pinterest. The ad showed it with layers and embroidery, looked really nice. What I got was a cheap tshirt with a picture of the top printed on it. Does not look anything like what they were selling.

I emailed them about a refund because their ad said hassle free returns, postage paid within 30 days. They told me I would have to ship it to China and it would cost a lot. Would not even give me a return address. They offered me 15% back to just keep it. I said no I want a full refund and Im not paying to ship it back. Then they said 25% back without returning. I kept refusing and they just stopped answering me. Ended up filing a complaint with Paypal and got my money back that way.

Ordered a dress that never came and tracking number was fake

I ordered a dress from Kulespin. It was never delivered. The tracking they gave me said it was delivered to my post office but when I put the tracking number in the USPS tracker it said it was an invalid number. So I don't even know if they actually sent anything.

I emailed the company and got no response at all. I'm out 45 dollars. I will never order anything from a social media advertisement again.
