Getting harassing calls about a fake loan I never took out

I keep getting calls from 888-269-4978 about some loan I never took out. They call me multiple times a day, sometimes from different numbers, but it's always the same people. They are very aggressive and rude, demanding I pay a debt that isn't mine.

I've told them to stop calling and that they have the wrong person, but they just keep harassing me. It's causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I never applied for any loan from them and I certainly never got one.

I also found their website, kynelle.com, and an email, [email protected]. The whole thing feels like a scam, especially since they took money from me for an online purchase that never showed up. I lost over $55 because of them.

Ordered from Kynelle.com after a TikTok ad and never got my package

I saw an ad on TikTok and it sent me to Kynelle.com to buy something. I paid $83.70. After about four weeks I got tracking info and it said the package was delivered. I never got it.

I emailed them at [email protected] and told them. They said they would send it again. They gave me new tracking, but the same thing happened. Now that tracking also says delivered. I still have nothing.
