Harassing calls every day after an online purchase

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me every single day, multiple times. I've told them to stop calling me, but they don't listen at all. It's really annoying and disruptive.

I never gave them my number or asked for any loan. I think they got my information from a website called Ladyandpaws.com, where I made a purchase and lost $72.85. It was supposed to be an online order but it felt off.

Now I just get these constant calls. I want them to stop calling me immediately.
