Called my family and threatened court over nothing

Got a call from (937) 927-9654. Guy said he was from Lakeside Service Group. Asked me to verify my birth date. Said there were complaints filed against me. Then started threatening me with court. Said I would be served papers. Didn't make sense because I don't owe anything like that. Then they called two of my family members and left messages for them too. Felt off. Never gave them permission to call my family.
