Bought a flying cat toy that doesn't fly, company says it's working right.
I saw a video ad for the LapCatz Flappy Bird where the bird was flying around in the air, so I thought it actually flew. When I got it, I couldn't get it to work or charge right. The instructions say the light will turn green but mine never does.
I talked to customer service and they told me to charge it again and try dropping it on the ground to activate it. That got it to move a little but it wouldn't lift up. When I told them that, they said it's "functioning as designed" and that "it is not intended to fly freely around the room like a drone." That's not what the ad showed.
The advertised 99 day risk free trial seems like another trick to get people to buy it. I also found the same item from other sellers on Amazon for as little as $12. I lost almost $52 on this.
