Ordered wigs from a discount code and never got them

I ordered some wigs from Lashawigs.shop because they gave me a discount code. The price was $35. I paid and then nothing showed up.

When I contacted them they said no refund and they would re-deliver the wigs. Now they want my social security number and a bill for address verification so it can go through customs. That felt really strange.

I still don't have the wigs and they keep asking for more personal info. No company name on the site really besides that.
