Charges from Lasta.com after just clicking their Instagram ad

I opened a link from an Instagram ad just to get information from Lasta.com. Within a second, I got an alert that a charge was made to my PayPal for $9.90. A second later, another for $9.49. I told PayPal it was fraud.

The next month, there was another charge for $29.99 and then $55.82. This time PayPal said I had authorized automatic payment for this company. I told them I never did that. I never used or ordered anything from them. I only browsed their website for less than a minute.

So this company is definitely fraudulent and people need to know. They are not a US company. Their phone number is overseas: (387) 203-9206. Right now PayPal is investigating the charges.
