Voicemail about a pending case with no real company name

I keep getting these messages from different numbers. They also called my relatives. The voicemail they left has 2 different people and the second one sounds like a recording, American accent, while the first voice was foreign.

Hi, this is Laurie. We have a pending case in our office for my name. Immediate attention is required to stop further action. File number 716907. There has been a complaint filed. Documents are being prepared to be sent out and I need to be available to sign. The issuing agent will dispatch confirmation if they can't reach me at home, they will try my verified place of employment. To stop further action I need to call 888-834-0289. They said the call has been logged and recorded as proof of efforts to notify me.

No company name on any of it. Just a phone number.
