Charged multiple times for a dress that never arrived

I tried to buy a dress from Lavish Ivy. I went to their website, lavishivy.com, and placed the order. The money came out of my account, but the dress never shipped. I never got a tracking number or anything.

Then I saw another charge from them. They charged me twice for the same thing. After that, I started seeing other random charges on my card. The amounts were different and the names were slightly different, but it all started with that one purchase.

I tried to contact them using their email, [email protected], and the phone number listed, (307) 403-0308. No one ever replied. The address they have is 30 N Gould St Ste R in Sheridan, WY. I’m out two hundred dollars and now I have to deal with all these other weird charges.
