Call about being served papers from someone with no company name

I got a call from 413 430 0013 saying I was going to be served with legal documents and today was the last day before they went to court. The woman couldn't even tell me what it was about when I asked. She just gave me a number 855 333 6130 and a case number starting with 26.

So I called it and a guy answered saying he was with Legacy Litigation. I gave him the case number and he knew my full name, my social security last four digits, and my address. He said I took out a personal loan for over 7k with a bank I haven't used since 2016. He even said I made payments back in 2010 and 2011. I have never taken a personal loan in my life so I told him it was fraud.

He got real aggressive. Started threatening a lien on my house, wage garnishment, all that. Then he said since I claimed I never got anything in the mail I could pay 2000k to settle it over the phone. I said no and he got even more irritated before he just hung up on me.
