Ordered locs for $905 and now they won't refund after I sent them back

I bought something from legacy locs for $905. When I got the product it wasn't what they said it was. So I called them up and they gave me a return address. I sent everything back and I have the tracking info that shows they got it.

That was a while ago. I been waiting for my full refund but nobody answers me. No call back no email nothing. They just took my stuff and my money. I don't know what else to do.
