Phony trademark lawyer took my money and stopped replying

This guy called me from (855) 669-9909 saying he was an Intellectual Property attorney. Said he could revive my trademark application. He sounded real aggressive on the phone. I sent him $3,700.

He sent me some paperwork that looked like it was from the USPTO. Looked official. But he never actually filed anything. He kept emailing me from [email protected] saying it was being handled.

Then the emails just stopped. No reply to anything. I never got my trademark filed. Just out the money and no way to reach him now.
