We collected $450.00 for the borrower to pay the final l water bill on 07/10. For some reason we did not receive the final water bill until August. Once received, we pro-rated it at cut the seller a refund check for $392.85 on 08/28.Subsequently we received a letter faxed from at...
attorney asking for more money. Apparently we had slightly mis-calculated her refund. We sent the letter attached with an additional $4.95 on 09/06 to the seller and the attorney. I have attached the relevant documentation.
