Voicemail about legal papers from someone named Dave Holden

My mom got this voicemail from a guy named Dave Holden saying he had legal documents he needed to drop off to her. He said he was going to drop them off the next day between 3 and 5 PM. That sounded off to me so I called the number he left.

The number goes to Lehman Landry and associates. Some woman named Julia answered and tried to get me to pay $3000 over the phone. She said it was about a lawsuit for a credit card. I didn't pay anything but it felt weird they'd call saying they're dropping off papers then just ask for money.
