Getting constant loan scam calls even though I'm on the do not call list

I keep getting these calls multiple times a day about a $36,000 personal loan approval. The message says to reach an account specialist named Brian Walter at 855-909-0815. It's a recorded voice.

When I actually answered, I spoke to an operator. She said the company was called "Lending Sources" from San Diego, CA. As soon as I asked for their license number, she just hung up on me.

I'm on the National Do Not Call Registry and I even have spam blocking through my phone carrier. It doesn't stop them. I report them every single time I get one of these calls.
