Got a text about a loan I never applied for

I got a text from someone named Kate at Lerner Processing. She said I needed to call about a personal loan I'm supposedly trying to get. I never applied for any loan with them. The number she wanted me to call was (877) 315-3322.

The whole thing felt off. I don't know who this company is or why they have my number. I didn't call them back because it seemed like a scam. I just wanted to report this text because it was unwanted and concerning.
