Hi, it's Jack from LHB. I came across my address and wondered if I'd consider a cash range, like 169200-225600? I never asked for this. I don't even know who LHB is or how they got my info. Just got this random text out of nowhere. Didn't reply or anything cause it felt off. No website or email, just a phone number from Columbus, Ohio. Not sure what they wanted but it seems like a phishing thing.

Got a weird text from someone named Jack at LHB
I got a text message from a guy named Jack who says he's with LHB. The text said, "Hi ******, This is Jack with LHB. I noticed *Address* and wanted to see if you'd be open to a cash range like $******".
It felt really off. I don't know who this Jack is or what LHB even is. They had part of my address in the message, which is creepy. I never signed up for anything from them.
The number it came from is (614) 654-0449. I looked it up and it's listed as being in Columbus, OH. I didn't reply and I didn't lose any money, but it just seems like a phishing attempt or a scam. I don't like getting texts like that out of the blue.

Got texts from someone named Jack about sending me money for an inspection
This guy Jack from LHB has been texting me since 2024. He’s hit me up on like fifty different phone numbers. I actually talked to him once, we went back and forth for a few days. Then his English started getting all broken and he asked for my banking information. He said he needed it to send me money for some kind of inspection. That’s when I stopped talking to him and blocked the number.

Got a scam text message that matches a known phishing attempt
I got a text message that matches exactly one that's been reported as a scam. It said, "Hello, ******, Jack w/LHB here, and hoped to ask something related to ***** ***** ** **". I didn't respond to it.
I looked online and saw that someone is actually tracking all the phone numbers sending this exact message. The number that texted me is (614) 379-6387.
Please do something about this so other people, especially unsuspecting women, don't get scammed by this person.
