Got a text from a loan service using my dad's name and address

I got a text from 717-708-9568. It said it was from "Jack from LHB" Loan Services. The text had my father's name and our home address in it. They were asking questions about our property. I never contacted any loan service. I don't know who this is or how they got our information. It felt really off to get a message like that out of the blue.
