Ordered orthopedic shoes that were way too small and cheaply made

I ordered some orthopedic shoes from this place. They were advertised as good quality but when I got them they were cheaply made and way smaller than the size I ordered. Not even close.

They said full refund if you return within 30 days. So I tried to return them right when I got them. They told me I could keep them and get 20% back or I have to pay to ship them back myself. That’s not a full refund.
