Unauthorized charge from a Texas company I never used

I got a notification on my phone on May 24, 2026, that Life Style System took $99.95 out of my account. I never authorized this. They have a Texas address. I called them to ask what it was for and they didn't give me a clear answer.

They told me my refund would be processed on May 26, 2026 and would show up in my account. It still hasn't. I called again and talked to someone named Jill. She said the refund could take 10 to 15 business days. That is a long time and it's causing me financial hardship.

I think they got my card info without permission and just took the money. If they did it to me I worry they are doing it to other people too.
