Ordered one thing and got eleven items instead

I ordered a sink strainer from Lifesparking.com. Just one. But somehow the order turned into 11 items. I tried to change or cancel it but there was no way to do it on their website.

I emailed them a few times at [email protected] and got no reply at all. So I called my credit card company Citi and started a dispute for the $127.28 charge.

The 11 items showed up today. I don't know what to do with them. I'll send them back if I can get a refund but I'm not sure if anyone will even respond. Their address is 54 Rosemont Ave., Roselle, IL.
