Ordered a dress from Lily Hil, they said it's out of stock and won't refund me.

I ordered a dress from Lily Hil for $59.99. A whole month later, they email me to say the dress is out-of-stock. They said they can't give me a refund because of their policy. Their offer was another item of the same price or a discount code for later.

I wrote back and told them they advertised the dress and never said it was out of stock. I also said that policy they mentioned doesn't exist on their site. I told them I don't want another item, I just want my money back. They just keep sending me the same email reply, word for word.

This company is not to be trusted at all. They are scammers.
