Ordered clothes and shoes that were not as described, no refund after return

I ordered three items from this website - a dress, a blouse, and some shoes. I ordered my regular size but the dress was way too small and the fabric wasn't linen like they said. The blouse was also too small and the fabric wasn't right either. The shoes were supposed to be orthopedic walking shoes but they were just cheap faux leather with no support at all.

I filled out their return form and spent $40 to send everything back. I followed all their directions and got a tracking number. I mailed the package on Feb. 25, 2026 and it cleared Chinese customs on March 11, so it was well within the 30 day return window. I also sent them an email through their website.

No response at all. No refund. I'm out $163.88 plus the $40 I spent on return shipping.
