Charged for a TV and a subscription I never wanted
I bought a portable TV from a company called LIORO that was advertising on social media. I changed my mind right away and asked for a refund. Then I saw they still charged me the $19.22 for the TV, plus another $29.99 for some subscription I never signed up for.
I tried customer service a bunch of times about getting my money back. They told me the refund was started and would go through. That was over a week ago. I haven't heard anything since and my emails get no reply.
I looked into this company more and found their website has a 45% trust rating. It says over half of the site is high risk for people buying things. I think I got scammed and they just took my money.
