Order kept coming after I canceled on their website

I ordered from Lipovia and canceled right after the first order showed up. I went on their website and followed the steps to cancel. Then over a month later they sent me another order anyway and charged me for it.

That charge overdrew my bank account and I got hit with $60 in overdraft fees. I wrote to them over and over. They kept saying I’d get a refund but it never came.
