Ordered half price stuff and got fake items then charged again

I bought from Lipovia.com once because they had half price stuff. The items I got were counterfeit. I tried to cancel several times after that. Then they charged me again for $107.95 and I never got anything delivered. No items showed up at all. Their address is in CA, USA.
