Got a weird voicemail about a loan approval I never applied for.

I got a voicemail from someone named Marissa Morgan from "Loan Review." She said my file is in review and an underwriter can walk me through next steps. She said the approval is for $56,000, but they need to speak with me to finalize details about loan terms and income verification.

I never applied for any loan. The whole thing felt off. The call came from a number I don't recognize. I don't know who this is or how they got my information.
